Mentoring program design workshop

Our facilitator-led mentoring program design workshop takes place over two half day sessions and will guide the company stakeholder towards the design and completion of a mentoring program.

It will build consensus on the many different attributes that make up a program as well as outline the many tasks, actions and roles that are required to deliver, manage and evaluate the program.

Jigsaw VAE are available to provide additional services such as mentor and mentee training days.
