Using tools from Lean, Six Sigma & Design Thinking and Techniques such as coaching, mentoring & training, we are in the unique position to guide the person and the process through the change cycle.

ALLYSON ENGLISH
Co-Founder, Managing Director & Lean Mentor
Allyson is co-founder and MD of Jigsaw VAE and has significant experience working on the Lean for Micro program. Allyson has extensive experience in operation and finance and is an approved provider of the Lean Business offer with Enterprise Ireland & the IDA.
STUART NELSON
Co-Founder, Lead Trainer & Mentor
Stuart is the founder and director of Jigsaw VAE and has extensive experience in consulting, training, retail, and operations management. With Black Belts in Lean & Six Sigma and 3rd level qualifications in Psychology, Innovation, and Coaching, he has a unique skillset and is well placed to guide the person and the process through change.
MARK ENGLISH
Lean Mentor & Coach
Mark is an experienced Retail Manager specialising in large store, high turnover environments. Mark has excellent leadership and management skills. He has developed keen commercial skills, and the ability to lead teams to exceed sales targets through customer focus. He has successfully completed many change projects and has been responsible for the planning and delivery of same.
He is an approved provider of the Lean Business Offer with Enterprise Ireland and works with numerous Local Enterprise offices delivering the Lean for Micro Program.
KASIA OELOFSE
Lean Mentor & Coach
Kasia is a Lean, Six Sigma continuous improvement professional with over 15 years of experience in multi-functional shared services and supply chain global organisations. Kasia has a proven track record leading strategic initiatives, transformation programs, Change Management, Process Automation and deployment of Agile/Lean methodologies across organisations.
CATHERINE MC DONALD
Organisational Behaviour Consultant and Lean Specialist
Catherine is a Lean and Organisational Behaviour specialist who provides consulting and coaching services to organisations who want to improve their processes and add value to their service. She has held lead roles in project management and organisational development projects and is accustomed to providing training and coaching supports to leaders and employees at all levels of an organisation. Catherine has supported micro enterprises on the Lean program in Kildare and Cork and is an approved provider of the Lean Business offer with Enterprise Ireland & the IDA through Jigsaw VAE.
