Vision, Mission and Values workshop

Our facilitator-led vision, mission and values workshop takes place over two half day sessions and has been designed to inspire action among team members to drive organisational growth.

The expectation is for your team to gain clarity about the direction of your organisation and their expected contribution towards achieving organisational goals.

Outputs include agreement of a shared vision and mission statement as well as a set of organisational values.

Participants will develop an action plan for implementing change and leave with a clear understanding of their own and others roles and responsibilities.
